Everything was clean and well-maintained except for the sofa bed, which needed to be vacuumed out and the upholstery cleaned. Comfortable bed and linens. Service was friendly. Parking was easy. Safe area with plenty of food options nearby.

Our 2nd stay in a month. The first room was nice and clean. Seemed like it had been recently redecorated. The second room was definitely older and showed lots of wear and tear. The chair was dirty as was the foot stool. Also the sheets on the bed were backwards. That is the flat sheet was on top of the quilt! Not sure what was going on? Not sure I can fully endorse this location. . With some good cleaning it should've better!

I’m giving this rating due to the manager Janice, she is such a AMAZING person and very helpful, every time I see her she is very pleasant and she is always smiling when she looks at the guests. She makes the stay at this establishment much nicer knowing that she will go above and beyond for the guests. She is a major asset to the company and we appreciate her kindness and her professionalism.

Very friendly service by the night staff when we arrived late and the staff the next morning. They had a hot breakfast which was the best I've had at a Holiday Inn Express. They could do better on maintenance. Toilet seat was loose/broken, bathroom lights not 100 percent functioning, and the shower water pressure was almost nothing.

Came in with an injury and front desk staff was very quick to grab a wheelchair and very accommodating with extra pillows and towels. Rooms were clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Would stay here again.

Got in super late, and the TV in our room was broken and wouldn’t turn on. Called the desk and he says “oh you got the room with the broken TV.” If you know, why not fix it?! He offered to switch us rooms, which was nice, but we were all so tired we didn’t wanna mess with it. 4 stars still because the beds were super comfy and clean.

Loved the girls at the font desk! Too sweet! The rooms were clean, the pool looked nice, though I didn't swim, and who can beat pancakes at midnight?! (An August special) Breakfast was great too! The rooms have thick curtians to hide the lights from the other gas stations and hotels. I didn't hear any noise through the night. I enjoyed my stay!

Had a great stay! Small hotel but many perks to it. Comfortable beds, surrounded by shopping and food, and near the highway. Even though it's near so many places, it was quiet and serene. Definitely a good choice if you're in this area.

While on vacation coming from the Phoenix area, our radiator on our Jeep blew. We had repairs up the road being done. Meanwhile, Christopher, Rachelle and Megan couldn't have been more hospitable. They really helped make what was supposed to be a one, maybe two day stay, but ended up being a 7 night stay, much more palatable. Thanks so much for your kindness and taking care of our needs with a smile!

Appreciated the hospitality if the staff here. They helped when our drain wasn't working well, supplied us promptly with extra cots for our room, and opened the kitchen early for us when we had repeated early business days. Thanks!
